The village council will meet the last Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm at the firehouse.

Additionally, the following subcomittees meet at 5:30 and 6:00 prior to the regular meeting: Finance, Water, Street, Fire, Parks, Records and Public Safety. All are welcome !

Ordinance No. 6/24/14(A) Electric Aggregation. This is an ordinance requesting the Board of Elections to add to the ballot the question to whether the Village should create an Electric Aggregation program in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sec. 4928.20. We will have a town hall meeting to inform the citizens of the benefits of the electric aggregation prior to the election in the fall. We want you to be able to make an informed vote.
Ordinance No. 6/24/14(B) ATV/APV Policy. This is an ordinance for Jacksonville to become an ATV/APV friendly town. Please read the ordinance in its entirety and refer to Ohio Revised Code 4519 for details on Ohio Laws.
Ordinance No. 01262016(A) This is an ordinance to update the water policies and eliminate inconsistencies withing the prior enacted ordinance
Ordinance No. 07292015(A) This is an ordinance concerning delinquent water, grass-cutting and/or weed-cutting bills due from property owners.
